1. Introduction

Welcome to snowlinesolutions.ca (the "Website"). This Website is operated by Snowline Solutions, a technology practice led by Simon Snow, based in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Snowline Solutions provides website creation, website improvement, SEO and visibility optimization, content and marketing systems, automation, and consulting services.

All starting prices listed on this Website are estimates. Actual project scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are governed by separate, signed written agreements or proposals between Snowline Solutions and the client. No contract for services exists until both parties execute such an agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, design, code, graphics, logomarks, and visual motifs on this Website are owned by or licensed to Snowline Solutions and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Website for your own personal or internal business research, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any portion of our design or code without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our contact or enquiry forms.
  • Attempt to bypass or interfere with the Website's security, performance, or accessibility.
  • Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to harvest data from our Website without permission.

5. Care Plans and Ad-Hoc Support

Ongoing care plans (Basic Hosting, Essential Care, Growth Care, and Partner Care) are billed monthly. Specific details regarding response times, out-of-scope work, third-party licensing fees, and cancellation policies are specified in the individual care plan agreements.

Ad-hoc support requests from clients without a care plan are scheduled subject to capacity and billed at our current hourly or project rates. Priority is always given to care-plan subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

This Website and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to present accurate and helpful information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding its completeness or accuracy.

In no event shall Snowline Solutions or Simon Snow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use this Website or its links.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
